One Pot Sol C: Murakami’s One Pot Sol C represents the finest resolving emulsion for graphics that we carry.  This pure photopolymer emulsion produces excellent stencils for spot color or for 4/color process printing.  Excellent resolution of halftones and details in a durable, fast exposing emulsion.

Photocure SR:  This fast exposing emulsion has strong image contrast for easy registration.  Designed for solvent and UV inks this emulsion produces durable stencils with 1:1 reproduction of art elements to control ink deposition. Screens retain exposure qualities for up to six months and emulsion shelf life for 1 year even in the hottest screen room conditions that would render diazo based emulsions unusable.

One Pot WL: WL stands for wide latitude in a pure SBQ emulsion.  Like One Pot Sol C, One Pot WL is one of our best resolving emulsions for details and hafltones.  Imagaging with either emulsion produces the best stencils for halftone, 4/C Process or fine line detail printing.  One Pot WL simply allows a better exposure latitude in a fast exposing emulsion to capture halftones and details.

One Pot GLE – GS is designed for use with large Computer to Screen systems where a highly sensitive emulsion is needed for proper exposure by a laser exposing unit.  This emulsion excels at printing UV, solvent, water thin-able UV, and water base inks.  Water base inks require the use of Murakami hardeners MS or A&B hardeners for best screen durability.
