Roll to Roll screen Printed fabric is typically printed with water base inks either by hand on print tables or using nickel cylinders on an automatic press.  Durable stencils are needed for this high volume production method

SP-300 is a pure diazo emulsion with outstanding water resistancy. For both hand and cylinder print applications the use of MS Hardener or A&B Hardener is recommended (*Murakami Emulsion Hardeners.)  Excellent resolution and durability.

REX-30 is designed for long run roll to roll automated fabric printing.  REX-30 can be hardened with MS or A&B Hardeners and polymerized in baking ovens for maximum durability.
