PVA-SBQ Pure Photopolymer Emulsions
By Application
By Type
Murakami innovated PVA/SBQ pure photo polymer emulsion technology over 30 years ago for the screen printing industry. We continue to improve and lead the way in emulsion research and development for the screen printing industry. SBQ emulsion exposes faster, produces sharper emulsion shoulders, and can withstand high storage temperatures as well as having a long shelf life. Murakami continues to improve upon our industry leading SBQ emulsions with products to meet any print application.

Murakami T9 Pink
Murakami T9 is an emulsion that can print all textile systems without the need for hardeners. This high viscosity, high solids emulsion reclaims easily to preserve fine meshes. Easy to coat and expose with great resolution for all types of textile printing. Reclaiming is very easy with normal chemistry.

Aquasol HVP
Aquasol HVP like Aquasol HV is a high viscosity emulsion to create extremely durable stencils for all ink systems. It has a more transparent quality that can help when registering by hand on press. Exposes fast and provides one of the most durable stencils possible for difficult inks like water base and discharge when combined with diazo additive and hardened with Murakami Hardeners.

Aquasol TS
One of our first SBQ emulsions still being used widely today. Aquasol TS is a premier textile emulsion. This fast exposing emulsion creates durable sharp stencils for any ink system. Water base and discharge can be hardened with the addition of diazo and application of Murakami Hardners. Its fine resolution and sharp emulsion shoulder create excellent detailed prints.

Aquasol HS3
Aquasol HS3 is a SBQ Textile Emulsion for thick stencil screens. Coat twice on print side, 6 on squeegee side wet onto wet for a 400 micron thick stencil. For printing High Density Inks, Gels, Glitters, Dustings and Thick Stencil Applications. Video: How to use Aquasol HS to make 400 micron thick stencils.

Photocure GT Blue
Photocure GT Blue is our newest premium emulsion that can be used for all types of applications. Excellent properties overall and with water and solvent resistant properties, it can be the one emulsion that can be used for all your needs. Can be used for CTS / laser systems that are said to require or work better with high sensitivity emulsions.

Photocure BLUE
Photocure BLUE is a fast exposing pure SBQ emulsion that has the best ease of use of any of the SBQ emulsions. Virtually pin hole and fish eye free, it continues to be one of our most popular emulsions. Exposes well on even low wattage exposure units. Image quality is superb as well as long run durability.

Murakami T9 Purple
Murakami T9 Purple is an emulsion that can print all textile systems without the need for hardeners. This high viscosity, high solids emulsion reclaims easily to preserve fine meshes. Easy to coat and expose with great resolution for all types of textile printing. Reclaiming is very easy with normal chemistry. Less ligh halation compared to standard pink color with a slightly faster photo initiator, both suitable properties when using LED and CTS exposure type units.

One Pot Sol C
One Pot Sol C is one of Murakami’s original premier emulsion capable of the finest resolution and details. It is designed for critical high tolerance printing found in electronics and graphics. One Pot Sol C can also be used in textile 4/Color Process or simulated process printing to obtain optimum tonal ranges. Used for adhering Murakami Thick Film.

One Pot DLE-GS
One Pot DLE-GS is a solvent resistant direct light exposure emulsion used on laser exposure systems. This emulsion works well with large format CTS exposure units that require fast exposures and excellent sensitivity. Can attain additional water resistance by adding small amounts of diazo.

MSP-2
MSP-2 Excels at electronic circuitry printing. It adheres well to both stainless steel and polyester mesh. It is capable of multiple build up emulsion coats and can achieve 1000 micron thickness. Excellent definition, great mesh adhesion, and it is capable of withstanding abrasive ink systems. Also excellent for industrial applications like ceramics printing and adhesives printing.
