Textile Screens – We carry 20×24″, 23×31″ and 25×36″ new thick wall frames ready for stretching. Textile screens can also be stretched standard or at 22.5 degrees bias stretch.
We use Smartmesh exclusively for all new pre-stretched screens. Superior registration, higher retained tension gives a longer usable life. Murakami carries a wide assortment of S, T and HD meshes. Mesh Counts Offered.

Graphic Screens Pre coated with MS Capillary Film
When the print quality needs to be the best, adhering capillary film with with emulsion can provide improved ink gasket and RZ values to obtain sharper details with excellent print edge quality. Graphic Emulsions
We use a direct/indirect process to adhere 25″ capillary film using a direct/indirect process on a precision coater using a graphic emulsion compatible to your print process.
Textile Screens with Murakami Thick Film
Murakami thick film holds incredible edge sharpness and a vertical side walls as seen in the photo below to print the most difficult high density prints as well as precise print thickness of gels, puff inks, silicone inks and prints where precise thicker ink deposit is necessary.
Thick Film maximum size is 16″x23″
Available in 100 – 150 – 200 – 250 – 300 – 350 – 400 – 700 – 1000 micron thick film.
